En este formulario, la empresa podrá visualizar los Índices de Accidentabilidad, obtenidos de la base de datos de las Mutualidades. Este proceso se realiza internamente y para ello la empresa debe firmar el Mandato (al inscribirse) que faculta a SICEP para solicitar directamente la información de accidentabilidad de su empresa ante la mutualidad en que esté adherida.

This form allows the company to view their Accident Rates, which are obtained based on data from Mutual Associations. This process is carried out internally, and for this purpose the company should sign the Mandate (upon registering) which gives SICEP the faculty to request the company’s accident rate data directly from the mutual association that it is affiliated with.
